This policy explains what we collect when you use Fynto, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Comparison answers: borrowing amount, approximate collateral value, collateral asset and state.
- Contact details: full name, email address and phone number.
- Consent records: whether you agreed to phone/text contact or marketing email.
- Attribution data: UTM parameters, referring URL, landing-page variant and device category.
- Technical data: a hashed representation of your IP address for abuse prevention.
We never collect wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases, exchange logins, Social Security numbers or bank account details.
How we use it
- To generate and present your comparison of crypto-backed loan products.
- To contact you about the comparison you requested.
- To share your inquiry with providers where you have asked us to, or consented.
- To detect abuse, prevent duplicate submissions and improve the service.
Sharing
We may share your inquiry with providers relevant to your answers. We do not sell personal information to unrelated data brokers.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent, request access to your data, or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us. Marketing consent is always optional and separate from the Terms.
Retention and security
Inquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorized administrators can view it. It is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
